HUECK Trigon 50/Trigon 60 SG - Entirely glass façade
Thermally insulated entirely glass aluminium façade construction in mullion/transom design for vertical or slanted, flat or polygonal curtain walls without outer pressure plate and cover profiles. Approval number ETA 09/0335. Mullion and transom profiles, their processing and connection are identical with series Trigon 50/60.
Admissible pane formats up to 3,000 x 5,000 mm. The panes are fixed in the construction by means of special twist-on self-locking glass supports. These catch into a U profile made of aluminium or stainless steel which is floating and located apart from the glass spacer.
A plastic cap on the glass support prevents crackling noise and metal contact to the U profile. The joint between the pane edges is filled with a moulded insulation part made of PE for high thermal insulation. The joint to the outside is permanently filled with UV resistant silicone sealing compound. Can be combined with dry gaskets (upon request).
Inner EPDM glazing gasket with chamber-forming rebate webs. Continuous uniform gasket thickness on the room side, either as vulcanized frame or as metre-length material. Drainage grooves located on both sides in the mullion. Vapour pressure equalization is ensured via the connection to the structure or via moulded parts for ventilation.
The construction is suitable for crash-safe glazing in accordance with EN 12600 (category A according to TRAV) up to 2,500 x 3,300 mm. Mechanical securing by means of exposed black plates made of stainless steel (either flat or offset with silicone bases) or concealed with cuts in the outer panes (Eckelt Vario-System). Various entirely glass insert elements of series Lambda are available.
Thermal insulation: Uf between 0.85 and 1.3 W/m²K, depending on the insulation material and the profile depth
Air permeability: Class A4 in accordance with EN 12152
Water tightness: up to class RE1200 in accordance with EN 12154
Wind resistance: 2.4 kN/m² or 3.6 kN/m² in accordance with EN 12179
Shock resistance: I5/E5 in accordance with EN 14019
Airborne sound insulation: Rw = 38 - 45 dB in accordance with EN ISO 717-1
Burglar resistance: up to class RC3 in accordance with EN 1627
