HUECK Lambda 77 L - thermally insulated aluminium windows

Thermally insulated window construction with a profile depth of 77 mm (frame) and 88 mm (sash), respectively, sash lap over the frame 11 mm to the inside.
Insulation zone with 35 mm profile depth made of glass fibre-reinforced polyamide 6.6 strips, heat-resistant up to 180°C. Factory-mounted shear proof composites, suitable for subsequent assembly painting and anodization and designed for post sliding in of insulating cores.

EPDM multi-chamber centre seal gasket with limit stop on the hollow chamber insulating bridge on the side of the sash, alternatively with vulcanized gasket corners or as vulcanized gasket frames.
Continuous EPDM sash rebate gasket.

The chamber-forming EPDM glazing gasket, on the inside flush with the glazing bead, on the outside with small elevation width, in the corners continuing, is at the top horizontally jointed and stuck together.

A groove of 25 mm minimum in the blind frame ensures a solid fixing possibility of hardware and frame dowels. Glazing beads to clip in as closed hollow profiles.
Rebate chamber drainage via slots and snap-in drain caps (plastic or aluminium) or concealed.
Mitre joints with self-adjusting corner brackets, suitable for subsequent gluing in outer and inner shells.

Inner and outer sash corners reinforced with chevrons. Transom connections with inner and outer t-brackets with integrated gasket.

Opening types and sash sizes as per catalogue.

Thermal insulation: Uf depending on profile geometry up to 1.2 W/m²K

Water tightness: up to Class E1050 in accordance with EN 12208

Air permeability: Class 4 according to EN 12207

Resistance to wind load: Up to lass C5/B5 according to EN 12210

Burglar resistance: up to class RC3 in accordance with EN 1627
