HUECK Lambda 65 M Door - thermally insulated Aluminium exterior doors

 

Efficiently thermally insulated door construction, compatible with the series 65 M of the modular system Lambda. The insulating zone with profile depth of 18 mm consists of glass fibre-reinforced polyamide 6.6 strips, heat-resistant up to 180°C. Factory-mounted shear-proof compound with system warranty, suitable for subsequent powder coating and anodisation.

 

Profile depth of frames and sashes 77 mm, flush on the inside and outside. Can be combined with window profiles of series Lambda 65 M. Threshold construction optionally with or without limit stop.

 

EPDM rebate gaskets located on both sides in the leaf and fixed frame limit stop. Internal and external glazing gasket made of EPDM with narrow elevation width, continuous in the corners, with horizontal butt joint and gluing at the top. Double EPDM threshold gasket, optionally in limit stop and/or dragging design.

 

A groove of 25 mm minimum in the blind frame ensures a solid fixing possibility of hardware and frame dowels. Glazing beads to clip in as closed hollow profiles.

 

Rebate chamber drainage of side lights via slots and snap-in drain caps (PVC or aluminium)

 

Mitre joints with corner brackets in outer and inner shells, optionally as crimped/glued or wedged/glued joints. Corner strengthening piece for leaf stops. Transom connections with internal and external t-brackets.

 

Thermal insulation: Uf depending on profile geometry up to 2.5 W/m²K

Water tightness: up to class 8A according to EN 12208

Air permeability: Class 2 according to EN 12207

Resistance to wind load: up to class C3/B3 according to EN 12210

Burglar resistance: up to class RC3 in accordance with EN 1627
