HUECK Lambda 65 M - thermally insulated aluminium windows
Thermally insulated window construction with profile depth of 65 mm (frame) and 67 mm (sash), sash lap over the frame 11 mm on the room site. Insulating zone with 23 mm profile depth maximum, made of glass fibre-reinforced polyamide 6.6 strips, heat resistant up to 180°C. Factory-mounted shear proof composites, suitable for subsequent assembly painting and anodization.
EPDM multi-chamber centre seal gasket with limit stop on the hollow chamber insulating bridge on the side of the sash, alternatively with vulcanized gasket corners or as vulcanized gasket frames. Continuous EPDM sash rebate gasket. The chamber-forming EPDM glazing gasket, on the inside flush with the glazing bead, in the corners continuing, is at the top horizontally jointed and stuck together.

Mitre joints with self-adjusting corner brackets, suitable for subsequent gluing in inner and outer shells. Corner stabiliser for sash limit stop. Transom connections with inner and outer t-brackets and with integrated gasket.
