Highly insulated aluminium composite window construction with a profile depth of 100 mm (frame) and 111 mm (sash) respectively, sash lap over the frame 11 mm on the room side.
Very narrow elevation width of the sash and fixed frame combination starting from 78 mm.
Factory-mounted shear-proof connection suitable for subsequent powder-coating and anodization. All profile geometries designed for subsequent insertion of insulating cores.
Multi-camber centre seal gasket made of EPDM with stop face at the sash-side hollow chamber insulating bridge, either with vulcanized corner gaskets or as vulcanized gasket frame. Chamber-forming EPDM glazing gaskets with narrow elevation widths on the inside and outside. Glazing and rebate gaskets can be drawn in circumferentially. All gaskets coated with sliding polymer, suitable for self-cleaning glazing.
Robust fixing option for fitting and frame dowel thanks to a fitting housing groove in the fixed frame which is at least 25 mm wide.
Rebate chamber drainage either via slots and clip-in drain caps (plastic or aluminium) or concealed.
Mitre joint with self-adjusting corner brackets, suitable for subsequent gluing in outer or inner shells. Corner strengthening pieces for sash stops. Transom joints with inner and outer T-brackets.
Glass thickness between 24 and 32 mm (inside) and 4 and 8 mm (outside).
Space between the panes designed for integrated 25 or 35 mm sun shade with 3 different drive options.
Type A: Operation by means of operating knob or pull-cord/turning bar

Space between sashes can be opened for cleaning and maintenance.
